From beginning to end, everything turned out fantastic! Kelly helped me out with the unit we needed and Stephen and Earl did a fantastic job on the install on a Saturday. Our AC quit working yesterday afternoon (07/29/2021).  Called Veterans and  left a message.  They called this morning and set an our appointment to fix the AC  for this afternoon.
